Sending holiday orders with FedEx? Two dates could change what you pay. 📦

October 26: Demand surcharges begin on qualifying residential Ground, Home Delivery, Express, and Ground Economy shipments.

November 23: Those charges rise for the busiest holiday weeks. Here’s the per-package change:

• Ground Residential / Home Delivery: $0.50 → $0.80
• Overnight: $1.30 → $2.55
• 2Day / Express Saver: $1.20 → $2.35
• Ground Economy: $2.55 → $4.05

The higher amounts last through December 27. Seasonal Oversize and Additional Handling fees also increase November 23.

These are added charges, not total shipping rates. Check the services you use most and factor the increases into your holiday pricing.
