Recently we got a machine which the customer described had the following problems:

1. Originally the machine started making folded rotis
2. After that machine started giving 0x7 error and it would loop in that mode (see first video clip)

When we got the machine in the shop we first worked on the 0x7 error as machine would not progress without it.

Next we tackled the blocked pipes and cleaned them.

The machine then presented the folded rotis problem which was a sticky issue.

Finally great fluffy rotis!

Important Tip to Rotimatic users:

Do not use unconventional oils in your Rotimatic. Use only recommended and light oils. We suggest Olive oil or Avocado oil. The later has been seen to make rotis softer.

We have come across people using some other oils which are thicker and these oils (particularly after prolonged non-use) have solidified in the oil delivery tube and the oil pump of the Rotimatic. This results in blockage of oil path and the oil does not reach the kneader while preparing the dough ball. This results in a number of issues including the dough ball not forming properly, the pressed roti getting stuck in the pans, rotis getting folded etc.
