Misprints, mistakes & mild success—since ’98.
📍 FTW–IND / ✉️ Available. I’m Ando — an illustrator, poster artist, and designer with more than 20 years of experience turning ideas into artwork people actually want to look at. My career started in traditional graphic design, working across advertising, typography, layout, print and marketing before gradually moving toward the work I was most passionate about: music, illustration, posters, album artwork and visual identity. That eventually grew into Pretty Good Posters, my independent creative studio, where I've spent years creating work for bands, venues, breweries, restaurants, brands, events and businesses. My work has included gig posters, album and packaging design, branding, mascots, merchandise, murals and commissioned illustration, including official gig poster work for Live Nation. Today, I work somewhere between illustrator, designer and art director. I like taking a project from the initial idea through illustration, design and final production, and I’m particularly interested in work that needs a strong visual personality rather than something that simply needs to look "professional." After all these years, I'm still most interested in making things that people remember. Portfolio: prettygoodposters.com

Hey. Buy my s**t.

Seriously though...

If you've been meaning to grab one of my shirts, bags, prints, or other weird creations, now's a pretty good time. Every order helps keep the lights on, supports an independent artist, and gives me an excuse to keep making more strange ideas.

If you see something you like, I'd really appreciate it.

I've put a lot of time, thought, and heart into creating these illustrations, and every design is something I'm genuinely proud to put my name on. Each one started as an idea bouncing around in my head and eventually became something I could hold in my hands—and hopefully, something you'll want to wear.

The truth is, I'm an independent artist. I don't have a giant company behind me, a marketing department, or a warehouse full of people making this stuff happen. It's just me, my ideas, and a whole lot of time spent trying to turn those ideas into something worth sharing with the world.

When you buy one of my shirts, you're doing more than picking up something cool to wear. You're directly supporting the person who drew it. You're helping me pay the bills, keep making new work, and continue building a life around doing something I genuinely love.

And honestly, that means a lot to me.

I'd love to see these illustrations out in the world, being worn by people who connect with them. Every order, every person wearing something I created, and every bit of support is a reminder that maybe this weird little thing I've been building is actually worth continuing.

So if something I've made makes you laugh, reminds you of something, or just feels like something you'd be proud to wear, I hope you'll consider picking it up.

Thank you for supporting my work. You're helping me keep this thing going, and I truly appreciate it.
