Moak didn’t get here by itself.
A few years ago this was just an idea, something we believed in before anyone else did. There were slow months, hard conversations, moments where we genuinely didn’t know if it would work out.
But somewhere along the way, the right people started showing up. Not just employees. People who actually cared. People who treated this like it was theirs too.
And that’s the part we don’t think we say enough. This growth isn’t just numbers or milestones. It’s watching people who started here nervous and unsure turn into people who lead, who know this place inside and out.
We look at the team today and barely recognize where we started, in the best way ☺️
And even with everything we’ve built so far, we’re already so excited to welcome the new people joining us! it already feels like they’re part of the story.
