At the Veteran Training Empowerment Center (VTEC), graduation season is one of the most rewarding times of the year. As another class of technicians, veterans, transitioning service members, military family members, and young adults prepare to enter the workforce, we would like to recognize the leaders who have helped make this possible.

Lead Instructor Mike Montano and VP of Training & Field Operations Bierck Saxton continue to lead the charge by passing on their knowledge, experience, and leadership to the next generation of skilled professionals. Through hands-on instruction, mentorship, and real-world training, they are helping students develop the technical skills, confidence, professionalism, and work ethic needed to succeed in today’s workforce. These graduates represent the future of America’s workforce and are ready to make a difference in their communities, companies, and industries.

At VTEC, we believe training is more than learning a trade—it is about creating opportunities, strengthening families, building confidence, and helping individuals discover a new mission and purpose.

To all of our graduates: Congratulations on your achievement. Your hard work, perseverance, and dedication have brought you to this moment. We look forward to seeing the impact you will make as you begin the next chapter of your journey.
