📌 JLH DESIGNS — ORDER & SHIPPING POLICY
We have recently experienced an increase in requests for shipping, new followers, and spam. We appreciate all of our customers, new and old.
For the safety of our customers and our small business, we have extended and updated our ordering and shipping procedures
First and foremost, thank you for supporting our small business! ❤️
JLH Designs is a small, family-run business that we operate around our full-time jobs and family commitments. The majority of our business is done through local, in-person customers, community events, craft fairs, small business agreements (local businesses in Grayville and Fairfield, IL.), and other large in-person events. We post our scheduled events and local activities regularly in our feed. Because of the way our business operates, our ability to process and ship orders outside of our normal customer base is limited.
We absolutely appreciate interest from customers outside our local area and are happy to consider orders when we're able to accommodate them. However, not every order or shipping request will be a good fit for our current business model, and we appreciate your understanding when we aren't able to fulfill a particular request.
🛒 ORDER APPROVAL
All orders are reviewed and approved by JLH Designs before payment is requested. An order is not considered accepted until we have confirmed the details and provided payment instructions.
💳 PAYMENT
Once your order is approved, we will provide an official Square or Venmo payment link. Please do not send payment until you have received an approved payment request from JLH Designs.
🔒 PAYMENT SAFETY
We will never ask for credit/debit card numbers, banking information, passwords, or verification codes through Facebook Messenger.
📍 SHIPPING
For shipped orders, we require a complete and valid shipping address before an order is approved. Estimated shipping costs and the total order amount will be provided before payment is requested.
📦 LARGE/BULK ORDERS
At this time, JLH Designs does not ship large items, bulk orders, wholesale orders, or large-volume purchase orders. Smaller individual orders may be considered for shipping on a case-by-case basis.
⚠️ IMPORTANT
Providing an address or receiving a quote does not guarantee that an order will be accepted. JLH Designs reserves the right to review and approve all orders before payment is requested.
