I’ve seen a few posts in regards to the new iPhone 17 update. I would definitely recommend disabling the “Bringing Devices Together” option for you and your friends and family. It can be found Settings > General > AirDrop.

Do you use a VPN? I recommend it. But, it’s best to know what it does and to understand why you want to use it. It is also good to know how to turn it off. My customer was having to many issues with email and social accounts being hacked and blacklisted, that turning VPN off to get email working was frustrating. But that was the step. Another happy camper.

A customer was having issues opening links from emails on her iPhone. Safari would crash every time a link was opened. I was able to identify that Safari had 500 open tabs. I provided her steps to close all the tabs and bada bing! Another happy camper!

I recently had a customer getting the following pop-up, that would continue to come back no matter what he selected. I provided the following steps, that he could do to get the annoying pop-up to go away. (1.Open Keychain Access on your Mac, search for all keychains that are related to Office and SharePoint, deleted them.
2.Open the browser where you accessed SharePoint online resource, go to delete all cache and cookies.
3.Reboot Mac, then check if the pop up still appears). Another happy camper!
