A retired member of the Senior Executive Service (SES) at the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Jeff held several key leadership roles, including oversight of high-impact operations at the El Paso Intelligence Center (EPIC). ITC is excited to welcome Alan Metzler as our new DHS Client Relationship Executive! Alan brings over 30 years of experience in the public and private sectors, leading critical enterprise-wide transformations, national security and IT initiatives across numerous civil and defense agencies. He previously served as Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations at the Department of Homeland Security and held senior leadership roles at DHS Headquarters and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), including as TSA Chief of Staff and Senior Counselor to the Secretary of Homeland Security. A U.S. Air Force veteran, Alan held several key positions during his military service, including Chief of Security Forces, Deputy Director of the DoD’s Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Program, and Commander of the 586th Air Expeditionary Group. We look forward to the expertise and leadership he brings to our team. Welcome aboard, Alan!
