When Intuit needed to consolidate data from Box, Dropbox, and NFS into Google Workspace, its initial migration approach ran into server overload, duplicate files, and platform limitations.

CloudFuze stepped in with a more strategic approach:
→ Migrated users in batches to reduce server overload
→ Used delta migrations to avoid unnecessary duplication
→ Worked around platform limits and developed custom functionality to meet Intuit’s requirements

The result? 70+ TB of data and 1,250+ users migrated, with minimal workflow disruption.
