Think you need fancy prompts to use AI? Think again! 🌹

I took an ordinary photo in my office, spoke to ChatGPT just as I would to a colleague, and watched it transform my picture into something I could use in my business.

No complicated prompts. No technical skills. Just a conversation.

And that's my message. **AI doesn't have to be complicated to be useful.**

"My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.”

This Biblical principle has guided me for most of my life.
And lately, I've been thinking about it more than ever.

We live in a world overflowing with information. Social media started the flood, and artificial intelligence has opened the gates even wider.

Everyone seems to have an answer. But how do we know which answers to trust?

I don't believe we need more noise. I believe we need more understanding.

That's why I'm sharing what I'm learning, what I've personally tested, and what I believe can genuinely help people make better decisions about AI.

Through my FREE weekly AI Insider newsletter, I want to help you separate useful knowledge from the hype.

No complicated jargon. No exaggerated promises.
No Hype. Just Help.❤️

Because I believe technology should serve people, not overwhelm them.

I'm here for you.

What if you're not stuck?
What if you've simply outgrown the life you're trying so hard to make work?

We often assume that when something stops working, we need to try harder.

Be more disciplined.
Be more positive.
Push through.

But sometimes the problem isn't effort.

Sometimes you've changed.

And you're trying to force today's version of yourself back into yesterday's decisions.

Perhaps the question isn't:
“How do I get back on track?”

Perhaps it's:
“Do I still want to be on this track?

You can now create products, funnels, content, automations and offers faster than ever before.

But having more products and more ideas does not automatically create a clearer business.

Sometimes it creates exactly the opposite.

Another offer.
Another funnel.
Another automation.
Another idea.

And because AI makes creation so easy, it can become very tempting to keep building instead of stopping to ask whether what we are building actually makes commercial sense.

AI is a tool, not a toy.

The real question is not:

“What else can AI help me create?”

It is:

“Where can AI help me create commercial value?”

What problem are we solving?

Who will pay to have that problem solved?

Does it improve revenue, margin, capacity or customer experience?

Does it strengthen the business, or simply add more complexity?

That is where I think the real AI opportunity lies.

Not in doing more.

In using AI deliberately to build a clearer, stronger and more commercially viable business.

AI should support the strategy. It should never become the strategy.

I caught myself using AI to build, improve and automate while avoiding the one thing every business needs: clients.

AI gives us endless possibilities. But endless possibilities can become endless distractions.

So I’m asking myself, and my AI, one question: Does this help us get a client, serve a client, or keep a client?

If not, it can wait.

AI gives you possibilities. Focus gives you progress.

Where did my time go?

That was the question that started all of this.

I was busy. My team was busy. We were working long hours.

But the things that really mattered still seemed to be waiting.

So I stopped guessing and started tracking.

And once I could actually see where the time was going, different questions became much easier to answer:

What should I focus on?
What should I stop doing?
What can I delegate?
What can I automate?

And perhaps most importantly, how do we make the whole team work better without simply asking everyone to work harder?

That became FounderROI.

Not another complicated business system.

A simple way to understand where your time is going and start making better decisions about how you use it.

Because the goal isn't to become more productive just so you can do more.

It's to create more space for the work, people and life that matter.

Time gained gives you freedom.

I’m busy. My team is busy. We’re working long hours.

Yet client work is falling behind. Business growth is falling behind. Sales and marketing aren’t happening the way they should.

So I asked myself a very simple question:

Where is all our time actually going?

Instead of guessing, we started tracking it inside BizWithAI.

I even used ChatGPT to help me build a simple app to show us where our time is going and what we can learn from it.

For the next 30 days, I’m going to share what we discover. The distractions. The time leaks. What AI helps with. Where AI itself becomes a distraction. And what we change along the way.

No theory. BizWithAI is the case study.

Follow along and join me live every day at 8:30 AM as I share what we’re discovering.

AI has moved far beyond simply creating content.

Today, we are asking AI to actually complete tasks for us. And that makes one thing more important than ever: **the quality of the instruction you give it.**

There are no magic prompts.

You need to give AI your context. What you want it to do, how you want it done, why it matters, and your way of doing it.

That is why I use my simple framework:

**WHAT. HOW. WHY. MY WAY.**

And here’s the interesting part. If you don’t know how to instruct AI, ask AI to help you write the instructions.

AI isn’t only something we can train anymore. It can help train us too.

Over the next few days, I’ll show you how I use this in real business tasks, and how my team uses AI to learn things that used to be difficult or time-consuming for us.

Join me every morning at **8:30** as I take AI out of the hype and put it to work in business.

For years, selling was one of the hardest parts of business for me.

Then I discovered Simon Sinek’s Golden Circle and something clicked. People don’t just buy what you do. They connect with why you do it.

Years later, when ChatGPT arrived, I realised I could use the same principle with AI.

In this live, I share how that thinking became part of my Teach AI You framework:

What you do.
How you do it.
Why you do it.
And My Way. The boundaries, preferences and things you do not want AI to change.

Once I had that foundation in place, AI stopped feeling like a tool I had to constantly correct and started becoming something I could actually work with.

And that opened the door to something even bigger. AI teaching us how to do things we previously thought required weeks of training.

Join me each morning at 8:30 as I share what we’ve learned from actually putting AI to work in business.

I used to think teaching AI my WHY meant copying and pasting my mission and vision statement.

Then I started talking to AI. On walks with the dog. Sitting in the garden. Explaining why I think the way I do about clients, relationships, lead generation and automation.

And I discovered something important.

Your WHY isn't just what you believe. It's context that helps AI understand the reasoning behind the way you do business.
