Jose Balderrama has been with Premisys Support Group since February 2024. Jose came to us with previous experience that allowed him to hit the ground running. Jose has been a great addition to our team and has been willing to do anything asked of him. He recently went through Axis’ training for advance network technologies, system design, and Axis products. Using his hands-on knowledge, experience, and the information he learned in his course, Jose is now an Axis Certified Professional. Congratulations to Jose for passing this difficult exam and obtaining his certification!

Gage Garrison joined Premisys Support Group in March 2015 and was new to the industry. Through his hard work and dedication, Gage has gained valuable hands-on experience in the field while improving his low voltage knowledge. Gage previously attended BICIS’s Installer 2, Copper training and held the Installer 2 Copper certification. He has gone on to leverage the knowledge gained from that course to become an even more experienced installer. Gage attended the BICSI Technician training course this year that focuses on improving higher level installation skills and project management skills for supervision of crews on site. Gage successfully passed the class and obtained the BICSI Technician Certification. Congratulations to Gage on obtaining this important certification!

Josh LeBlanc started with Premisys Support Group in December 2024. Josh came to our team with a wealth of field experience and knowledge and made an immediate impact. He serves as a foreman providing excellent oversight on all of his projects and does an amazing job training new employees. Josh has used his extensive field experience and personal study time to obtain the BICSI Technician certification. This certification is considered a demanding credential that requires application of real world assessments alongside a mastering of heavy theory. Josh has also recently attended Axis’ training for advanced network video technologies, system design, and Axis products. Through this course, Josh was able to add to his skillset and has become an Axis Certified Professional. Congratulations to Josh for obtaining both certifications!

Kyle Henry started with Premisys Support Group in October 2022. He has become an integral part of our team providing exceptional insight and skill as our lead estimator. Kyle is a quick learner and has picked up the knowledge necessary to make him an effective team member. Through Kyle’s dedication to the job and personal study time, Kyle was able to obtain his BICSI RCDD certification on his first attempt at taking the certification exam. This exam is considered to be very difficult and is the gold standard for the low-voltage cabling industry. Congratulations to Kyle for this amazing achievement!
