In the beginning I was doing both design and watersport photography. Being in the water trying to capture the moment was mind blowing fun. Here are 2 pics from the dark ages. The one on the left is Tom Magruder, developer of the Wind Weapon out in "The Gorge" in Oregon. The one on the right was taken at Bahia Honda, in the Florida Keys. The rider was Shaun whom I believe was from Canada.

A few of my typographical designs as well as one of my favorite Illustrations I did for Healthy Souls. "The Chickun" was my idea of a whimsical mascot that to some degree became an unofficial spokesman for the company. The lettering and the "Chickun" were drawn with an ordinary #2 pencil.
