CODE 4 Public Safety Emblems, LLC

Custom design of Emblems, Challenge Coins & Badges for the Law Enforcement, Fire, Military, Security. We promise to meet or beat any competitors’ price.

At CODE 4 we recognize that the public safety employee’s appearance is the first impression that a citizen has when coming into contact with that employee. That citizen will form opinions about the employee and the organization they work for based upon the first impressions. CODE 4 Public Safety Emblems was born out of the desire to see America’s police officers, sheriff’s deputies, security officers, firefighters, paramedics, emergency medical technicians, and any other professional who dons a uniform in the service of others, look their absolute best. It is the mission of this company to provide the finest quality badges, patches, and awards to the heroes of America, our public safety workers, and to do so at the absolute lowest prices possible. All artwork designs for your insignia are created by employees who are public safety professionals and understand the product first hand. Even if you are happy with your current insignia, allow us to provide you with a quote for reordering.

Proud to share this custom City of Toulon, Illinois Police patch we produced.

This patch features a clean, professional design that reflects the identity of the department and the community it serves. One especially meaningful detail is the hidden 9/11 memorial tribute, incorporated with 9 stars and 11 stripes as a subtle way to honor and remember those affected by September 11.

At Code 4 Public Safety Emblems, LLC we take pride in creating custom patches, challenge coins, badges, and other products for law enforcement, fire, EMS, and public safety agencies nationwide. We enjoy helping agencies bring their vision to life while adding meaningful details that make each design unique.

If your department is looking to create a custom patch or update an existing design, feel free to reach out — we’d be happy to help.

🤠 Custom Coin Spotlight 🤠

Some projects deserve a little extra attention—and this one is no exception.

Inspired by the legendary John Wayne, this custom challenge coin was designed for the U.S. Marshals Southern District of Iowa and captures the timeless values of courage, honor, and unwavering commitment. Featuring Wayne’s iconic quote, “Courage is being scared to death… and saddling up anyway,” this coin serves as a lasting tribute to those who answer the call to serve.

What makes this project even more special is the artistry behind it. Every detail was developed by one of our talented in-house artists, using professional design tools while relying on years of experience, creativity, and craftsmanship. While many companies now depend on AI to generate finished artwork, we believe custom products deserve the vision, skill, and personal attention that only a real artist can provide. Technology can be a valuable tool, but it should never replace the artist behind the design.

At CODE 4 Public Safety Emblems, we don’t just make challenge coins—we create heirloom-quality pieces that honor the people, agencies, and traditions they represent.

A sincere thank you to our customer for trusting us with this incredible project.

We recently had the opportunity to work with the Stark County Sheriff’s Office in Illinois on updating their badges and shoulder patches.

They wanted something simple, timeless, and elegant—and together we created a striking black and gold design featuring the courthouse at the center of the shoulder patch, surrounded by the new six-pointed star.

Thank you to the Stark County Sheriff’s Office for trusting us with your design and product needs. We’re proud to have been part of bringing this new look to life.

The items featured on this page are examples of our custom design and production work. They are shown to highlight the projects we have created for our clients and are for display purposes only. These items are not available for sale.

We are honored to work with our friend, former Chicago Blackhawk and Stanley Cup Champion Brent Sopel, and his foundation, the Brent Sopel Foundation 💙

Did you know that 1 in 5 children has dyslexia, yet only 5% are actually diagnosed? That means so many kids are struggling without the support and resources they need.

The Brent Sopel Foundation is doing incredible work to raise awareness, provide education, and help children unlock their full potential—and we’re proud to stand alongside them in this mission.

We had the privilege of producing a beautiful custom challenge coin to support this cause. This coin represents more than just a design—it stands for awareness, support, and making a real difference.

We encourage all of our followers to take a moment to learn more about this amazing foundation and support their mission in any way you can.

Together, we can make a difference. 💙
