Many parents and kids are navigating a rather interesting start to the school year. Over the weekend, the City of Hartford School District was attacked with ransomware, with 200 out of their 300 servers hit. They were able to restore student data, but not a critical system that communicates bus routes to drivers, forcing the district to postpone their first day of instruction until today.
