If you’ve worked with Lo, you know how comfortable she can make you feel behind the camera (and in life, too). She's not after your pitch or the persona you've created to get the job done. She's not fond of performative behavior or rehearsed lines. She's after the human parts of us that are the most relatable to the audience. Meta has changed how it prioritizes content and they are leaning away from who has the most followers and instead rewarding smaller accounts that have mastered engaging content.

Meaning: THIS IS NO LONGER A POPULARITY CONTEST. ITS ABOUT SUBSTANCE.

And guess what that means as well? If you have a bunch of bots following your account the algorithm will push more bot accounts that will follow you because you’ve set the precedent that it’s ok.
