3️⃣ Requests for personal or payment info outside of secure payment platforms.

🎯 Tips to stay safe:

✅ Use credit cards instead of debit cards for added fraud protection.
✅ Verify the site’s SSL certificate (look for “https://” and a padlock).

As an experienced IT professional, I cannot stress enough the importance of regular cybersecurity awareness training for employees. Cyber threats are unfortunately a constant reality in today’s digital landscape, and human error remains one of the biggest vulnerabilities organizations face.

Comprehensive awareness programs that educate staff on best security practices can make a huge difference in mitigating these risks. Teaching employees how to identify phishing attempts, safely handle sensitive data, and respond to potential breaches equips them to be a strong line of defense.
