This may come as a shock to some of you…but I’m not perfect. 😂

And as a single mom, trust me — my triggers still come out, especially when I’m deep in mom mode and there are 47 things happening at once.

Doing the inner work doesn’t mean life suddenly becomes easy. It doesn’t mean you never get overwhelmed, frustrated, or react in a way you wish you hadn’t.

We’re still human.

The difference is awareness.

Can I notice when I’m triggered? Can I catch how I’m reacting? Can I pause, reset, and choose differently — even if I didn’t get it right the first time?

The goal was never perfection. It’s becoming more aware of ourselves, giving ourselves some grace, and continuing to practice. ❤️
