🎃 THERAPEUTIC PUMPKIN SMASHING PARTY! 🎃

What happens when you combine stress relief with Halloween cleanup? PURE MAGIC and SO MUCH FUN! 😂

We turned our pumpkin smashing into an emotional release party - each pumpkin was labeled with our negative thoughts, worries, and frustrations. Watching those pumpkins EXPLODE and smash our problems to bits was honestly the most satisfying stress relief ever! 💥

And yes, we saved all the pumpkin seeds for roasting! 🎃✨ Nothing like turning your problems into a tasty snack, right? From anxiety to "imposter syndrome" to just general life stress - we smashed it ALL and came away feeling lighter and happier.

Sometimes the best therapy involves a baseball bat, some willing pumpkins, and friends who cheer you on while you destroy your problems. This was exactly the kind of cathartic, silly, and healing fun we all needed.

One year ago, things looked very different. Today, I'm celebrating 67 years of life, and every single one feels like a victory.

After my stroke, I learned to truly cherish every moment, every smile, and especially every hug from my wonderful grandkids, JJ and Zee. They were the perfect start to this day.

Thank you for all the love and support that carried me through. Cheers to resilience, recovery, and a beautiful year ahead! ❤️

Exploring in our own backyard…It has been over 5 years since we visited the Tellus Museum. It was also that time of year that I have to find a science museum to replace our ASTC reciprocals membership. Now to find a participating NARM History Musuem reciprocal that is in my area to replace it…

So when we started on the road full-time my son was 5. Now he is 10 and had started asking about living in a real “house” that does not move. Currently we are renovating our house that tenants damaged so he gets to explore life on the other side…
After 2 months of “traditional” living my son is ready to get a bigger trailer and hit the road again because in his words… “there is yard work, I actually have to rake leaves. Trash has to be rolled to the curb. There is no onsite putt putts, pools, hiking trails, rec centers, planned activities, arcades…I am locked to a one block radius, versus having a whole campground to explore, and besides the street there is no place to ride my bike”

On the move pushing the last 400 miles to get into position for Christmas, and where we need to be to get repairs done on our house in Georgia. Technically Christmas this year will be very near where we originally started…I guess this will be a Christmas at home???…

Beach Day Fun! ☀️🌊

Had an amazing afternoon at Pensacola Beach with the clan! 🏖️ JJ and Zee were having a blast dodging the waves and searching for seashells. 🐚 They even braved the cool water in their clothes - true beach bums! 😂

As the sun began to set, we watched the sky light up with gorgeous colors. 🌅 Perfect way to end a fun-filled day.
