✨ Backdrop Arch Rentals – Pricing & Policies

I’ve put together all of the pricing, rental information, and policies below to make booking as easy as possible.

Rental Highlights:
- Three oversized backdrop arch sizes available
- Rent a single arch or bundle multiple arches together
- Add fitted ivory covers for $8 each
- 24-hour rental period
- Customer pickup & return
- Delivery and setup services coming soon!

A $25 non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your rental date and is applied toward your rental balance.

A $75 refundable security deposit is required for all rentals and will be returned after all rental items have been returned and inspected.

Whether you’re planning a baby shower, birthday party, bridal shower, wedding, graduation, gender reveal, or another special celebration, I’d love to help make your event beautiful!

I’m so excited to officially announce that By Dawn Co. now offers backdrop arch rentals! 🤍

If you’re planning a baby shower, birthday party, bridal shower, wedding, gender reveal, graduation, or any special event, these oversized backdrop arches are the perfect statement piece for your decor.

Unlike many standard backdrop stands, these arches are large enough to create beautiful, eye-catching balloon backdrops and event displays.

✨ Available in three sizes:
• Small – 2.6 ft × 6 ft
• Medium – 3.3 ft × 6.6 ft
• Large – 4 ft × 7.2 ft

Choose from single arch rentals or bundle multiple arches together to create the perfect setup for your event.

For an elegant, seamless look, fitted ivory arch covers are also available for $12 each.
