Must be 18 years or older
Must have a High School Diploma/GED (Associate's Degree preferred)
Must have at least 2 years of Customer Service and Data Entry experience
Must speak Spanish and English fluently
Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screening
Must be able to multi-task and handle large call volume
Excellent listening & logical interpretation skills
Impeccable attention to detail and focus
Ability to quickly move from utterance to utterance with little to no down time
Must be willing to work on weekends

***Requirements***
Flexible to work 40 hours/week
Willing to work 2 hours on Saturday and/or Sunday
Successfully complete all online instructor led training courses
PC with Windows 7 or Windows 10 (Laptop or Desktop- no all-in-ones)
Home Phone (Landline)
USB Headset
Quiet home office
Stable high - speed Internet connection with minimum of 25 MBPS download speed (Faster speeds are highly recommended)
WIFI not allowed; must be hard wired into the modem
