Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking qualified individuals to provide assistance for emergency roadside assistance customers. Agents will take and place inbound/outbound calls to help customers secure assistance for vehicle issues. We are the GATEWAY to cubicle freedom. While you work from the comfort of your home office, you will work with our elite partners to contact and locate customers for emergency assistance.
***Qualifications***
Must be 18 years or older
Must have a High School Diploma/GED (Associate's Degree preferred)
Must have at least 2 years of Customer Service and Data Entry experience
Must speak Spanish and English fluently
Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screening
Must be able to multi-task and handle large call volume
Excellent listening & logical interpretation skills
Impeccable attention to detail and focus
Ability to quickly move from utterance to utterance with little to no down time
Must be willing to work on weekends
***Requirements***
Flexible to work 40 hours/week
Willing to work 2 hours on Saturday and/or Sunday
Successfully complete all online instructor led training courses
PC with Windows 7 or Windows 10 (Laptop or Desktop- no all-in-ones)
Home Phone (Landline)
USB Headset
Quiet home office
Stable high - speed Internet connection with minimum of 25 MBPS download speed (Faster speeds are highly recommended)
WIFI not allowed; must be hard wired into the modem
Screen resolution between 1440 x 900 & 1600 x 900
***Experience***
Data entry: 1 year (Preferred)
Call center: 2 years (Required)
Basic computer skills: 5 years (Preferred)
Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
Language: French and English Fluently (Required)
