HACKED: Foreign actors breached two Colorado water utilities, tampering with pumping cycles, disabling alarms and altering equipment settings before operators regained control.

The intrusions did not affect drinking water quality, but they add Colorado to a growing list of more than 100 water systems across 12 states hit by cyberattacks this year, according to the EPA.

Federal authorities have warned that hackers are targeting internet-connected operational technology at water facilities — including pumps, valves and programmable logic controllers — and have urged operators to remove those systems from direct internet exposure.

Displays information about sessions on a Remote Desktop Session Host server. The list includes information not only about active sessions but also about other sessions that the server runs.
