Hello valued Sparked Customers. FYI on recent woofer orders. We fulfill shipments from a separate warehouse. This past week or two, they have been implementing a new system that has backed everything up. Your shipments are in queue, but delayed. I deeply apologize about this. Everything will go out soon and tracking will update. Once the implementation is complete, the new system should prove to be even more efficient than it has been.
