In the shared physical workspace of the restaurant industry, it's not uncommon to digitally hoard orders with sub aggregate services like ours. We don't. We release what we are not able to fulfill within legal and ethical guidelines. Restaurants have responded by intentionally delaying orders. This negatively impacts our mutual customers and is against our agreed upon terms A violation will result in temporarily suspending your delivery services. Contact your aggregate delivery service provider for remedy. If it is Noah's Ark and a driver does not show, please report to us directly. Thank you. It is our hope to continue to do great business together!

In no way shall technical problems that affect your ability to fulfill contract requirements be considered a violation of those terms.

We have temporarily suspended services in the Palm Bay/Melbourne delivery zone. Cocoa/ Rockledge and Titusville/ Mims are not affected. Merritt Island, including Cape Canaveral also remain deliverable zones.

Our vendor contract via Instacart has affected our ability to service Instacart orders due to technological issues on their platform. We can currently DELIVER TO VESSELS legally docked.
