Gabriel Knight has turned 30 years old!!! If you have not had the chance to play this series of games, they were by far the best written and coolest point-and-click adventures ever written. Jane Jensen is a wonderful writer and created some of the most fascinating characters and riveting stories to have ever been displayed on computer screens.

Even though we were unable to exhibit at this year’s IngenuityFest 2023: Biologies & Geologies, we went up on Saturday to check out all the cool things the Fest had to offer. Always a great time filled with art, music, and so much more!

Behold the awesomeness that is the Tesla Orchestra! Yes, the music is literally played through massive Tesla Coils that use high-voltage, low-current, high-frequency alternating-current electricity. Add in some fire blasts and you have an amazing concert at this year’s IngenuityFest 2023: Biologies & Geologies up in Cleveland.

I was so excited about all the awesome stuff at the IngenuityFest 2022 | Expo:Ingenuity that I almost forgot to post our own exhibit. The best way to show it is through a video of the full space we were in. We were on the second floor (of four floors total plus outside). Our section was called Inventor’s Emporium.

Our exhibit this year was called “Weird Tangents” that consisted of 45 odd, bizarre, and strangely fun drawings by Steam Hat founder Robert L. Kline Jr. (plus throw in a large illustration and some board games in the background to nicely fill some empty area we had).

This is the 8th time we have had exhibits at IngenuityFest since it launched in 2004. It really is one of the coolest events in Cleveland and we are honored every time we are able to participate.

And yes, that is me humming during the video. I hum a lot without realizing it. Just ask my wife. It drives her crazy sometimes. Hahaha.

Some pictures from Sunday, the last day of IngenuityFest 2022. Art exhibits in every nook and cranny of the massive Hamilton Collaborative building that used to be a 100 year old factory in Cleveland. Add in 6 stages and too many bands to count. Plus vendors, community groups, makers, and entrepreneurs. Wow… what an amazing weekend.

Had a very cool time at IngenuityFest 2022 | Expo:Ingenuity tonight. So much to see. So much to do. So many great bands playing. Definitely one of the best events of the year.

And almost forgot that the opening for 24th Robert Thürmer People’s Art Show is today at CSU over by Playhouse Square. I have artwork being shown there as well. It’s back to back events this week! Wooooo! If you have never been to seen the People’s Art Show, it’s great! The show is every 2 years and they expect to showcase almost 300 to 400 pieces of art. The gallery is literally packed from floor to ceiling. The opening is today and it runs until Saturday, November 26. A must see!
