We just launched a site for one of the coolest events I’ve been a part of.

The Great Lakes Valor Cup — a Ryder Cup-style golf competition featuring 24 PGA HOPE veteran graduates. 12 representing Northern Ohio. 12 representing Michigan. Playing at American Dunes Golf Club in Grand Haven, the birthplace of Folds of Honor.

The competition runs Thursday through Saturday this week. I’m excited to see how it plays out — but honestly, everybody wins. These are veterans who used golf as a pathway to healing through PGA HOPE. This event gives them a stage worthy of that journey.

I built the site, the donation flow, the whole digital setup. Barry and the team handled the vision. We just made sure everything was ready when they needed it.

Most people don’t know I run three businesses at once.
I broker plastics through Cereal City Recycling. I run hiring events across Michigan. And I run KeelPoint Consulting, where I help small business owners fix the operational stuff that quietly costs them money.

Yesterday was a good day. ⛳

The Patriot Classic teed off yesterday morning at Westwood Country Club in Rocky River, Ohio.

30 foursomes. Veterans. Families. One cause that matters.

Our team at KeelPoint Consulting was proud to help the Northern Ohio Chapter of Folds of Honor bring this event to life—from the website and registration experience to the systems supporting the day.

Folds of Honor provides educational scholarships to the spouses and children of fallen or disabled military members and first responders. This year’s event also supported Bluecoats, Inc., which serves the families of fallen police officers and firefighters in Cuyahoga County.

Every round played helped move a student closer to a degree.
