One of the important elements in the funnel Content Hierarchy Framework is pain points.
In simple terms, pain points are specific problems or obstacles encountered by your prospective customers/clients. Although pain points may be viewed as simple problems, you can break it down into five main categories:
🎯 Struggling Pain Points
Prospective clients who are having a difficult time with their current situation in terms of financial, health or relationship, and are hoping that they can make a change for the better in that part of their life.
🎯 Financial Pain Points
Prospective clients realized that their current provider/solution/products are way too expensive and are draining their resources. They are looking to find a solution to bring down their expenses.
🎯 Process Pain Points
Prospective clients want to improve and optimize their current internal processes for more productivity and effectiveness.
🎯 Current Solution Pain Points
Prospective clients are unhappy with their current solution provider and are exploring better options to solve their problems.
🎯 Support Pain Points
Prospective clients are unhappy with the support they are receiving, they are sourcing for a more responsive support.
The above list of pain points I have highlighted will give you a better understanding of what you can to include on your funnel page in order to show you understand what the key problem they are having is. Get them thinking “Ah, they understand me!” ❤️
