I wrote my October Cosmic Forecast and this month has a very clear message: You don’t have to go backward just because you’re looking back.

All the retrograde energy invites review. Kame brings death + rebirth. Autumn reminds us that release is part of the cycle.
Return. Rebirth. Reclaim. 🍂

As someone who loves astronomy AND studies astrology + numerology, I wanted to understand what’s actually happening in the sky, what comes from ancient history, and what developed through modern spirituality.

My biggest takeaway?
We don’t have to choose between wonder and discernment.

The astronomy can be real, the symbolism can be meaningful, and they don’t have to be the same thing. I also realized that this year amplifies the numerology because it's also a Universal 8 Day.

My Instagram post just wasn't enough, check out my Substack for a deeper dive: https://angiestarstudios.substack.com/p/the-truth-about-the-lions-gate-portal?r=2vypm0

Today’s sky has layers:

💫 Venus enters Libra: Beauty, connection, harmony, art, love, and reciprocity come home and into focus.

☀️ Sun trine Saturn Rx in Aries: Reminding us that confidence isn’t only about shining. It’s about having the discipline to build something worthy of our light.

🌙 And astronomically, look up tonight:

The Moon will appear near the Pleiades, the Seven Sisters, one of the most recognizable star clusters in our night sky.

Astrology + astronomy giving us plenty of reasons to look up. ✨

As an artist, I learned to notice color, composition, symbolism & emotion.
As a photographer, I learned to observe light, timing & perspective.
Through astronomy, I learned to observe the sky.
Through astrology, I learned to recognize patterns across time.
When I read tarot & oracle, all of those ways of seeing come together!

I don't only read the symbolism of the cards, I pay attention to the imagery that calls to me in the moment, because sometimes that's where the conversation begins.

Looking back, none of these paths were ever separate. They were all teaching me how to SEE. 👁‍🗨 Today, all of those paths meet in one place.

I'm officially offering Tarot, Oracle & Astrology Readings at Haji Healing Salon every first & third Sunday of the month! (Bronzeville, Chicago) ⭐ It feels less like starting something new and more like becoming more fully myself. 🤍

If July felt like driving through dense fog, August feels like rolling down the windows and realizing the road has been there all along.

This month’s astrology invites us to slow down with intention, trust the timing, and embrace the changes that are unfolding. Check out my latest Substack article, I explore the two eclipses, Saturn Retrograde in Aries, Jupiter’s rare trine to Saturn, and why I believe this month is about building a life you can truly sustain.

Whether you’re new to astrology or have been following the skies for years, I hope these reflections offer a little clarity and encouragement for the month ahead.
