As I’m putting all my prompts from all the AIs I use into one database (I’m already at 400+ pages… no joke), I asked my trusted Chattie to turn me into a caricature at work. She probably knows me better than most AIs at this point.

She created caricatures for my most important roles.

Goals & Vision Boards Meeting Recap 💖

This wasn’t arts-and-crafts therapy. This was a line in the sand.

Each of us set 3 real goals for the year, the kind that require action, discomfort, and follow-through. Not “intentions.” Not “manifesting.” Commitments.

And here’s the part most people skip (and why their goals collect dust): We’re doing this together!

We will:
• Work alongside each other
• Hold each other accountable (lovingly ruthless, obviously)
• Support each other when motivation dips
• Keep showing up, even when it’s inconvenient

So that at our last meeting of the year in December, we can look back, draw the line, and say with confidence:

We didn’t just dream it.
We did it!

Also… personal discovery of the night: Crafting is not my thing.😆

These women created beautiful boards. Like, frame-them-and-hang-them beautiful. Meanwhile, I confirmed I’m much better at systems, strategy, structure, and making sure the goals actually happen. And honestly? I’ll take that trade all day. 😄

Community changes the game.
Clarity creates momentum.
Action makes it inevitable.

If you want different results this year, stop doing goals alone.

One thing I did well last year was to find the groups I want to be part of. Doing it alone is so hard. Isolation is expensive.
