Nothing says "trustworthy nonprofit" like being unable to find donation receipt No. 4,872 the one time a donor actually asks for it.

tax law requires sequential Tax IDs (the unique number on every donation receipt) with no skips and no repeats. Simple rule, until you're the one hunting through six spreadsheets to prove you followed it.

We built a dashboard for that. Tax Receipts: every transaction with a Tax ID, sorted in order, refunds and cancellations included, because the CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) doesn't care that the donor changed their mind. Every column, name, address, amount, date, is exactly the data you need to issue a receipt by hand, today.
