Wix site → Square → the phone → some booking link → whatever texts the
reviews. None of it talks to each other.

I build one thing that does all of it.

Missed call at 9:47pm → answered → booked → deposit taken → on your
dashboard by morning. You were asleep the whole time.

Client hasn't been in since March → she gets a text on her own → rebooks
herself → shows up. Nobody on your staff touched it.

Installs on a phone with no app store. Open the link → tap share → add to
home screen → done.

7:38 on a Friday and the phone rings. Everybody's on the floor. You know exactly who it is too — it's never a two-top at that hour, it's the party of twelve trying to book a private room three weeks out.

That call doesn't leave a voicemail. It calls the next place on the list.

So it gets answered. Not "we're closed, please hold" — answered. The date, the headcount, the occasion, a callback number, all written down and sitting on your phone when you finally sit down at eleven. You tap once to hold the room.

The six-top and the deuce booked themselves outright. Simple ones don't need you.

This is what I build. Not a reservation button on a website — your seating times, your deposit rules, your private dining calendar, and something that picks up the phone when nobody else can.

Nobody was in that office at 9:11 last night. The phone still got answered, the consult still got booked, and the $150 deposit was already sitting there when the front desk walked in Monday morning.

That right side isn't a mockup of a template. It's the owner's view — what came in while you were closed, who booked, what got paid, and how fast the waitlist covered a cancellation. Your front office doesn't build it. It just runs.

Most practices lose those calls quietly. Someone finds you at nine, gets voicemail, and calls the practice down the road. You never know it happened, so it never shows up as a problem.
