We built a 90-second demonstration of policy lookup from an officer's side. It's 0200, there's a new officer on the floor, no supervisor available, and a question that has to be answered now. Ask it a policy question the way an officer would ask it. Then ask it something the manual doesn't cover and watch what it does.
