Consider following these things while working remote:

· Be sure to take scheduled breaks: Use this time to clear your mind, stretch and grab something to eat.

· Be in the know: Check your teams working hours before scheduling meetings.

· Be considerate: Schedule meetings during your company's core hours and be aware of any need for flexibility.

· Be flexible: Consider rotating meetings times to accommodate associates’ schedules, particularly across different time zones.

· Be reasonable: It may take longer to respond to an email than anticipated. If your request requires an urgent response, or is time-sensitive, make that clear in your message.

· Be proactive: Immediately inform associates of any delays that may impact a response.

· Be mindful of schedule and technology constraints: Keep in mind time challenges between meetings. As it can take time to end one meeting and start another one.
