As a Client Support Professional, you will use your strong technical skills, excellent communication to assist customers who utilize products with telephone technical support questions. The primary focus will be understanding and resolving customers questions and problems while working from the comfort of your own home.

In addition you will:
• Research, analyze and determine an appropriate course of action for customers
• Interact with customers via phone, focusing on product related questions, data entry and navigation
• Document all issues, resolutions and follow up actions
• Provide consistent, high quality support to all customers.
• Be a positive representative of product; take a caring and empathetic approach to customer interactions
• Learn how to use the clients product to accurately and efficiently resolve customer inquiries on the first contact
• Handle problem resolutions that may require follow-up and / or escalations to a higher level of expertise.
Additional Information:
Earn $8 to $15 per hour base pay with performance incentives. We are happy to reward hard workers who make the extra effort to succeed. Top performers can look forward to earning up to $14 to $16.80/hour, based on their individual results.
Basic Job Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for this role you will meet the below qualifications:
• Outstanding verbal and written communication, active listening skills, including the ability to speak, read and write fluently in English
• Computer proficiency, including ability to easily navigate and toggle between multiple screens, talk and type at the same time, and troubleshoot basic computer issue
• Good interpersonal skills and administrative skills.
Required Job Schedule Requirements
In this work at home position you will have the flexibility of selecting you own hours. You must be available to work the weekly required hours for the program of your choice.
Weekly Requirement
• Available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
Training Requirements (Required)
• You must be available for our complimentary virtual training program held onsite Monday through Friday.
• No absence policy for all training certification course. Please be mindful of the class time selections. (Select training times in application)
