As promised... here are my summer camp highlights!

I have had such a blast with my kiddos this summer. I can’t imagine a better job for me. For those who don’t know I’m a business administration major and a studio art minor, so getting to work as a teacher, artist and summer admin assistant was a dream. In just a few weeks I go back to being an art student instead of an art teacher though & I can’t wait!

The projects from last week were out of this world! The kids had fun creating their own galaxy pour paint projects. To do this at home you would need:
- acrylic paint (we used blue, purple, pink, green, black, and white)
- glue
- water
- canvas (of any kind)
- a toothbrush or old paint brush (to flick on white stars)
- other decorations (I.e. golden letters or numbers, glitter, sharpies/markers)
