Hello everyone,

Please let me introduce myself. My name is David Hess. I am a specialist in Information Trchnology support. I have a total of 15 years of experience with 7 years in corporate IT Leadership. I am also a college graduate with my associates in IT since 2019. I have a strong philosophy that there is no "one shoe fits all" in terms of technology and provide custom services for all clients to fit their needs within their budget.

My main service, and strong passion is building custom computers. I also repair and refurbish desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and consoles; install, troubleshoot, and repair network issues; and install, troubleshoot, and replace audio/visual equipment such as cameras (this may include home/small business security systems), TVs, conference equipment, and speakers and receivers.

My pricing is fair for all customers. First half hour of troubleshooting is free regardless of the equipment. The cost of my labor consist of replacement parts and/or equipment and a small hourly fee.
