From real-world examples of how ATSC 3.0 is enhancing the viewing experience today to discussions about NextGen TV deployments around the world, the conference showcased the exciting momentum shaping the future of broadcasting.

After 28 incredible years, today marks Mick Rinehart’s final day with the company and the close of an amazing chapter for all of us at Titantv Inc.,

Over nearly three decades, Mick’s leadership, steady presence, and dedication helped shape our organization into what it is today. Through industry changes, company milestones, challenges, and successes, he remained a calm, thoughtful, and trusted leader who always put people first.

Beyond the accomplishments and years of service, Mick will be remembered for the relationships he built, the mentorship he provided, and the positive impact he had on employees, clients, and colleagues alike. His influence will continue to be felt long after today.

While it’s certainly the end of an era, we’re excited for Mick as he begins this well-earned next chapter filled with more time for family, relaxation, travel, and whatever adventures retirement may bring.

Thank you, Mick, for 28 outstanding years of leadership, commitment, and friendship. Wishing you nothing but happiness and success in retirement — you’ve truly earned it.

Eight years ago today, Heidi Steffen (now President of Titantv Inc.) was interviewed on a local Mediacom show called “Newsleaders.” Fast forward to today, and both Heidi and Karol are working side-by-side here at Titantv Inc.! Proof that sometimes the side gig turns into the main gig for Karol Kelly. 😄

Funny how things come full circle — and even better when they lead you to a team you love being part of every day.

It’s hard to believe that just a week ago we were fully immersed in NAB Show mode in Las Vegas!

Our team showed up ready to work—and made the most of every moment. From meaningful meetings and industry conversations to incredible meals and team bonding, it was a week well spent. A few even checked off bucket list moments (yes, including the largest gold nugget at the Golden Nugget Las Vegas and $1M in cash at Binion’s 👀).

Grateful for the connections, collaboration, and momentum coming out of an incredible week. Looking forward to what’s ahead!
