One of our orders that we shipped via standard envelope the other week ended up getting lost in the mail. Instead of leaving them hanging, we went and not only replaced thier order free of charge, we also upgraded our shipping from standard mail to Ground Advantage with better tracking and included a new set of cards to go along with the replaced Time Wizard card!
