"The industry is collapsing. What should we do?"
It all started in 2015 the year that emerging markets were weakening, oil prices were
on the rise, the value of the dollar was on the high. Put it all together, business
investments were in a downward spiral. There was only one constant theme in the industry that year and it was changed. Our company was taking a beating this is when we tried to launch new products, new
campaigns and still, nothing was working. This is when it struck us our business model was flawed. We had a choice to stick with what we know or change with times. We decided to redesign our organizational structure, strategies, and technologies. From this, a revolution was born.
