It’s been a challenging month here at PC Doctors! The inside remodel is almost complete, and we’ve been doing our best to work around the construction while keeping our doors open during our regular business hours: Monday through Thursday, 1:30–5:00 p.m.
We’re now making improvements outside as well, including the installation of a brand-new ramp. Then, to top it all off, our basement flooded!
We also discovered that when customers called and left a message, it was being sent to our Steubenville store’s phone number. Thankfully, that issue has now been resolved—but it has certainly been frustrating, to say the least.
We sincerely apologize if we missed your message or were unable to get back to you. We truly appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding, and continued support as we work through these challenges. The improvements are coming together, and we can’t wait for you to see the finished results!
