"I don't want AI talking to my customers."

That's fair. I'd never tell you to swap out a real person for a bot.

But there's one spot where AI does a great job: the wait.

Most leads go cold because nobody got back to them fast enough. Not because the service was bad.

A quick automatic reply like "Hey, got your message. Kevin will call you by end of day" keeps the conversation going.

You still have the real conversation and close the deal. The quick reply just holds the door open until you get there.
