A series of photos showing a condominium needing some repairs, mold remediation, wall resurfacing, ceiling popcorn removal and resurfacing, laundry closet ceiling repair including repair to water damage, mold remediation, and surface refinish and painting.

On a personal note, I am grateful to have opportunities to work with such warm, friendly, and appreciative clients. Its very personally rewarding to provide good results to people who emphasize their appreciation.

There were some unexpected problems that were able to be dealt with, and its very rewarding to have clients compliment thorough workmanship which is a fundamental principle in my work.

Remounted undersink water filter, and cabinet bottom repair due to fairly significant water damage. Included inspecting for and clean up of any mold and/or mildew. Cabinets original particle board floor replaced with sanded, ready to paint, furniture grade birch plywood. Much more sturdy and able to withstand possible leakage without failure unlike the particle board originally used.

Full set of before and after pictures of the now fully complete Exterior home painting project. Included in the package was complete pressure wash of the structure, clamshell shutters, walkway and drive. Its standard policy when we do a project like this, if the customer discovers any blemish or defect within the first 30 days, we will gladly come back out and make it right within 72 hours of notification.
