Get Lost In Bryce Canyon With Luke ⠀

Lost Eagle Studios is excited to announce our next “Get Lost with Luke” VR experience: getting lost in the beautiful and renowned Bryce Canyon in Utah in the US. It will be available for the Oculus Quest 2, Oculus Rift, HTC Vive and Valve Index headsets and we expect to release it by the end of the year. ⠀

Bryce Canyon is an extraordinary array of red rock pillars of stone, or "hoodoos", that stand next to each other in line, almost like a row of choristers inside a huge cathedral. The Native American Paiute tribe believed it was the ruins of a great city where all the inhabitants had become evil and were turned to stone. ⠀
⠀
"Getting Lost with Luke in Bryce" will capture the stunning views of these pillar like formations at sunrise and sunset, where the colors are at their most dramatic. We will be venturing off the beaten track and going right into some of these huge hoodoos which are cathedral like in their size and splendour. Occasionally holes or windows form inside these hoodoos where you will get totally different environments on each side: a view of beautiful trees and alpine like plants on one side but an arid sculpture of bone dry miniature hoodoos on the other. ⠀

This beautiful part of Boston, Beacon Hill, was magically transformed in just a few hours by a foot of snow. Using photogrammetry to capture the place as lots of points makes it look almost like an etching or sketch!

Boston might have only got two days of real snow but, boy! were those days something. We got almost a foot of snow. Spent all day trying to find the ideal wintry pine tree scene in Massachusetts, and ended up at the Arnold Arboretum right in the heart of Boston. Can you believe we're right inside a city here?!
