What happens when a hospital's systems go down?

Most people think about data breaches. Healthcare teams think about something else: patient care.

From electronic medical records and scheduling systems to connected medical devices, healthcare organizations depend on technology every minute of every day. When a cyberattack disrupts those systems, the effects can reach far beyond the IT department.

That's why healthcare cybersecurity is no longer just about protecting information. It's about helping ensure clinicians have access to the tools and data they need to care for patients.

If you're responsible for technology, operations, or risk management in healthcare, this is a conversation worth having.

A draft in five seconds.

Twenty minutes of fixing.

Count both, or you're not measuring AI. You're measuring hope.

Do you count review time when you measure AI's value?

A shared doc full of prompts isn't a prompt library.

It's a junk drawer.

Someone saved a great prompt six months ago. Nobody else knows when to use it, what to feed it or what to check afterward.

So nobody does.

Every prompt worth sharing needs three notes:
When to use it: "For first replies to new support tickets."
What to give it: "The ticket text and the customer's service plan. Never passwords or account numbers."
What to check: "Correct plan details, no promised timelines, friendly tone."

With those notes, a prompt becomes something anyone on the team can use safely. New hires pick it up in minutes.

Results get consistent. Mistakes get caught.

Start with your five most used prompts. Add the three notes to each.

Put them where the team works.

A small library people use beats a big one nobody opens.

Does your team share prompts anywhere?

A lot of AI advice online is written for someone with no customers, no data to protect and nobody to answer to.

"50 prompts to 10x your productivity."
"Replace your whole team with these 5 tools."
"I automated my entire business in a weekend."

Entertaining. Also useless for a real Oklahoma business with real clients and a team that has to live with the result.

Real businesses have to think about:
• What happens to customer data when it goes into a tool
• Who checks the output before it reaches a client
• What it costs, including time spent fixing mistakes
• What happens when the tool changes or goes away
• Whether the team will actually use it

Good AI advice starts with your actual processes and works backward. It asks about data and review.

It usually starts smaller than you expected.

That's automation done right. Boring, careful and built to last.

What frustrates you most about the AI advice you see online?

AI can write sentences.

It can't write your opinion.

Bring the opinion first.

What's one opinion about your industry you'd share publicly?

Built to last applies to AI too.

If nothing measurably improved after a fair trial, it's not a solution. It's a subscription.

What would an AI tool need to improve for you to keep it?

Read the last email your team sent a prospect.

Count the sentences any company on earth could have written.

"We hope this finds you well."
"We pride ourselves on excellent service."
"Please don't hesitate to reach out."
"We look forward to working with you."

AI loves these lines. So do tired humans.

They fill space without saying anything, and buyers skim right past them.

The edit: replace every generic sentence with something only you could say to this person:
• A detail from their situation
• An answer to the question they asked
• The decision they're actually facing
• A real next step with a date

"We pride ourselves on excellent service" could become "You mentioned your last provider took two days to respond.

This is how quickly we'd pick that up," with a real number, only if it's true for you.

Specific reads as human. Generic reads as a template.

Make it a habit before anything goes out.

What's the most generic line you see in business emails?
