Been running around and no luck with size at a reasonable price near/around Bay City. Making the circle Bigger,Have two in Auburn. Seems good area for Saginaw, Midland, and Bay City Gamers distance wise.

So two buildings are up on the block to get an offer..... If we are to go after these we are going to need your help.... Offer one can be made 4-15, the second will be if the first is denied. All those interested in the goings on: Meeting on Tues night April 14. I will hang out for in person questions from 6-8 pm at the Big Boy on Euclid in Bay City. Or on Wednesday morning 7-8 am same place.

O Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning I am resubmitting an offer for the beautiful building that started all of this.... We get a second chance, if the other people don't come up with the financing by Weds.
