West Texas and Southern New Mexico continue to modernize government services.

The Area Agency on Aging, a program of the Rio Grande Council of Governments (RIOCOG), which serves approximately 1.1 million residents across West Texas and Southern New Mexico, now enables partners and clients to securely process payments through SuperCity Pay.

This deployment builds on our existing partnership with RIOCOG, where SuperCity’s payment platform already powers services such as the Dispute Resolution Center. Together, these implementations are expanding access to secure, modern, and user-friendly digital payment experiences for residents across the region.

RIOCOG’s service area spans seven counties, thirteen municipalities, the Ysleta del Sur Pueblo Tribal Nation, and numerous regional public agencies, demonstrating how shared technology can benefit an entire region.

Each new deployment reinforces that governments don’t need massive technology overhauls to deliver better services. By modernizing one use case at a time — from digital payments to AI-powered resident assistance and digital engagement — we’re helping public agencies create simpler, faster, and more accessible experiences for the communities they serve.
