Promotion of local artist's visual arts Art Over Congress is organized by Brandon Strange and hosted by Lanai Austin (Lanai Rooftop Lounge).

It is a monthly event that is every third Wednesday of every month showcasing a variety of local Austin Texas artists. Media consists of everything from paintings, sculptures, photography, and multimedia. Many of the best local artists have shown at AOC and we strive to showcase up and coming talent.
