Found this one hidden in the stack of frames, a figure drawing demonstration I did a few months back for a video reel. I thought it could do with a bit of touch up and blending. I need to devise a catalogue system for these drawings because lying them on top of my modular synth isn’t very organized. This one and others for sale on my store!

Night Queen’s Attendant - charcoal study 9x11”. Another piece of the larger scene expands from the center. Tried some colored pastel on this but didn’t take it very far. However I cut myself while drawing and got some blood on the paper in the bottom right, so just painted it in. A shame to waste good orange sanguine pigment, wouldn’t you say?

Slums of Donavery. Finished or ongoing? This fictional location began as a sketch of a house on the floating village that once existed, now long demolished, across from the Phnom Penh riverfront. Many moons ago I had my small sketch printed onto canvas. My plan was to keep painting it, but as with many projects I got busy and abandoned it. Now I’m thinking I could return to it, or leave it like it is.
