Faction Development Group was started in 2009 during college by a group of friends developing software in .NET environments. In addition to .NET software development, FDG specializing in Visual Basic, ASP, Ajax, C #, C++ and Javascript applications. FDG created an innovative schedule strategy by combining MS Project with Google Calendar and the latest in team collaboration. The allowed great flexib
ility in project management to sync schedules with the members assigned to the project. Since 2009, FDG has diversified while members of the team become specialized in their own fields. Each of the founding members has moved in different directions, but the core principles remain the same:
-Think outside of the box
-Offer a different perspective, even if it seems radical at first glance
-Build on skill diversity
-Never give, never surrender.
-Don’t solve problems, attack problems to power a project to success. Currently, FDG has put the software development on the back burner and is focusing on component and computer hardware development. FDG's primary engineer, Mike Lawrence, enjoys the challenge of creating extreme water-cooled PCs and cutting edge systems for advanced software simulations.
