Georgia Tech Business Network - GTBN

Georgia Tech Business Network - GTBN Connecting the Georgia Tech and Atlanta Business Communities To find out more about the individuals leading this effort, please scroll through the bios below.

Started in 2002, Georgia Tech Business Network is a volunteer organization that creates and promotes an environment that continues the Georgia Tech connection, fosters lifelong relationships, and enables continued learning and knowledge sharing, while continuing to increase the value that Georgia Tech provides. Georgia Tech Business Network takes pride in connecting the Georgia Tech community with

Atlanta business and technology leaders, facilitating discussions of current and relevant issues from a wide variety of industries while fostering ideas and networking. Georgia Tech Business Network welcomes Georgia Tech alumni, faculty, staff and students, as well as Atlanta community and business leaders and friends of Tech to participate, contribute, attend and join. GTBN is made possible through the efforts of key Georgia Tech alumni and select members of the Institute. For more information or if you are interested in applying to become a GTBN Board Member, please contact John Hightower at [email protected].

Help Klemis Kitchen Buy Dinner Tomorrow for Students in Need

Klemis Kitchen needs your help to support our students! We usually stock leftovers from the dining halls, but there have been some issues getting started up this semester and it’s impacting our ability to keep the kitchen stocked, which means fewer hot meals for our students. This Friday evening, we’d like to buy hot meals for the students who are relying on Klemis Kitchen this semester.

Please help us buy a student dinner on Friday by making an online gift to Klemis Kitchen. We have a web page that has directions on how to make a donation to STAR: https://studentlife.gatech.edu/content/how-donate-star.

There’s one additional direction, not on the web page – under the “Designations” section, there’s a “if other, please specify” box; in that box, type “ Klemis - 1/29 dinner.”

We will purchase as many meals as we can with the donations received by noon on Friday, January 29.

Thanks for your support!

We had a great time last year at the Kendeda Building!

The Kendeda building—which opened last fall at Georgia Tech—is both a laboratory for ecosustainability but also a glimpse at a possible future that feels something like empowerment. Maybe even hope.
