We are excited to announced a much requested extended warranty/protection plan for the QRI Laser system. This plan can be added at any time whether your unit is two weeks old or two years.

For units under warranty, this plan will cover any damage the unit may suffer such as dropping or water damage.

For units out of warranty, this plan will reactivate the warranty benefits as well as add damage protection.

Want to upgrade your PEMF mat? The coil on the left is used in pre march 2018 by a partner company of ours.
The coil on the right is what we are Vital Creations now use which generates a higher output. Message us for details on upgrading your existing PEMF mat.

QRI keep shutting off during use? It’s most likely a cord connection. The unit is designed to enter a protect mode when there is a bad connection. Protect mode can resemble a dead battery. Try these steps:

1: Unplug both attachment cables and insert the QRI charger for 2 seconds.
2: Insert one attachment.
3: Turn on the CMT and then the lights.
4: Check both ends of the attachment cable with a slight wiggle.
If the unit shuts off, it’s time to replace that cable. If the unit does not shut off, turn the unit off and switch attachment cables and repeat the steps above.
